About The Author
Bernard Mensah is the co-founder of Black Creators in Kid Lit (#BlackCreatorsInKidLit) and the author of the picture books I Am Not Afraid of Anything and My Child, and the chapter book series Kwame's Magic Quest. Born and raised in Ghana, he currently lives in the UK raising two rambunctious boys. She aims to transport her readers to another world. Her upbringing is a tale of two isles. When she's not illustrating, Islenia can be found at the gym, reading manga, in a theater, designing, gaming, learning about niche topics, or sleeping. She is based in NYC. No, we ship all over the great country of New Zealand. Shipping starts from $4.50 for most of Christchurch, $8.50 for NZ and $13 for Rural delivery and will be shown at checkout.
