Recurring Shipping for Held Items

Ready to receive your held items? Choose your delivery zone and how often you would like us to ship eligible in-stock products being held for you.

• Christchurch — $4.50 per shipment
• Metro New Zealand — $8.50 per shipment
• Rural New Zealand — $13.50 per shipment

Choose weekly, fortnightly, or monthly shipping and save up to $2.00 per shipment compared with arranging each shipment separately.

Please select the delivery zone that matches your shipping address. Selecting the wrong zone may delay your shipment while we arrange payment of the difference.

This is a shipping service only

This Recurring Shipping Subscription pays for the regular delivery of eligible in-stock products being held on your Pop Weasel customer account.

It does not subscribe you to comics, order or reserve products for you, or include the cost of the products being shipped.

How it works

• Choose your correct New Zealand delivery zone.
• Choose weekly, fortnightly, or monthly shipping.
• You will be charged automatically at your selected frequency.
• We will send eligible in-stock products being held on your account.
• Products that have not arrived or are not ready will remain on hold.
• Your subscription continues until you pause or cancel it.

What happens if nothing is ready?

You will not lose the first shipment you have paid for. If you have no eligible in-stock products ready to send, one paid shipment will be banked on your account for future use.

A maximum of one shipment can be banked at a time.

If another subscription payment is processed while you already have a banked shipment, the value of that additional payment will be returned to your Pop Weasel customer account as store credit. It will not create another banked shipment.

Your banked shipment will be used automatically the next time you have eligible in-stock products ready to send. Once it has been used, a later unused shipping payment may become your new banked shipment.

Your subscription does not pause automatically

Your subscription will continue to renew and charge you at your selected frequency, including while you have a banked shipment.

If you do not want another payment to be processed, you must pause or cancel the subscription before your next billing date.

Pausing or cancelling stops future recurring payments. It does not remove a shipment already banked or any store credit already issued to your account.

About store credit

Store credit issued under this subscription can be used towards eligible purchases from Pop Weasel. It cannot be used to pay future recurring subscription charges.

Store credit cannot be transferred to another customer or redeemed for cash, except where otherwise required by New Zealand law.

You may need to sign in to your Pop Weasel customer account or use Shop Pay to access and use your store credit at checkout.

New Zealand delivery only

This subscription can only be used for delivery within New Zealand. It cannot be used for delivery to Australia or anywhere else outside New Zealand.

The listed prices cover one standard shipment within the selected delivery zone. Additional charges may apply to oversized products, unusually large orders, multiple parcels, or other delivery services not covered by the selected plan. We will contact you if an additional payment is required.

Separate from Comic Subscriptions

This shipping subscription and our Comic Subscription service are completely separate.

Your Comic Subscription determines which comics you have asked us to order or reserve. This Recurring Shipping Subscription only determines how frequently eligible in-stock products are shipped and how that shipping is paid for.

Starting, pausing, changing, or cancelling this shipping subscription will not change or cancel your Comic Subscription, pre-orders, special orders, or reserved products. Those must be managed separately.

Managing your subscription

You can pause, change, or cancel your subscription through your customer account or the subscription-management link provided in your subscription emails.

Please make any changes before your next billing date. Payments that have already been processed cannot be cancelled for change of mind or failure to pause or cancel in time. If you already have a banked shipment, an additional processed payment will be issued as store credit as explained above.

Nothing on this page limits your rights under applicable New Zealand consumer law.
