My Subscriptions is our weekly comic pull list service.

You select the ongoing comic series you want, and each week we automatically prepare your pull and email you an invoice to pay.

It’s designed to be set-and-forget — no weekly browsing, no missing issues.

My Subscriptions and My FOC serve different purposes:

• My Subscriptions is a pull list for ongoing comic series, limited to Cover A, one copy per issue.
• My FOC is an advanced pre-order system where you browse and order upcoming comics, including all covers, variants, and incentive editions.
• My Subscriptions runs automatically with weekly invoices.
• My FOC is a customisable discovery and ordering tool based on series, creators, and keywords.

Many customers use both: My Subscriptions for regular series, and My FOC for special issues, variants, and extras.

Each week:

• Your pull is prepared based on your active subscriptions
• An invoice is emailed to you on Tuesday morning
• Payment is due by Sunday night

This ensures we only order and hold comics that have been confirmed and paid for.

Yes — changes can be made up until midnight Saturday (NZ time).

If you make changes:

• Your current invoice will be replaced
• A new invoice will be emailed the following day

After Saturday night, your pull is locked for that week.

If payment isn’t received by Sunday night:

• Your subscriptions remain active
• You will miss that week’s issue(s)
• We won’t order or hold unpaid comics

Subscriptions continue as normal for the following week.

My Subscriptions are prepared weekly.

When your comics arrive, we’ll hold them until there’s an order with paid shipping ready to go.

You can also place separate orders and select Hold Aside as the shipping method to combine shipments and save on shipping.

My Subscriptions is available for ongoing comic series only.

• One copy per issue
• Cover A only

Variants, additional covers, and extra quantities should be ordered separately via My FOC.

You can manage your subscriptions at any time:

• Skip ahead to a new starting issue (if it hasn’t already been invoiced)
• Cancel a subscription
• Resume later if you change your mind

All subscription changes apply to future weeks only.

Yes. My Subscriptions receive a 10% discount, already reflected in the prices shown on your invoice.

• Subscriptions are limited to ongoing series and Cover A only
• Invoices must be paid by the weekly cutoff to secure comics
• Unpaid issues are not ordered or held
• Publisher schedules and availability may change

My Subscriptions is designed to be simple, automatic, and reliable — while still giving you control when you need it.
