About The Author

Based in Brooklyn, New York, Charles Soule has written novels, comics, screenplays and stories of all types. He is the author of Strange Attractors, 27, Strongman and Letter 44, as well as runs on Swamp Thing, Red Lanterns and Superman/Wonder Woman for DC Comics. Also a musician and an attorney, Soule somehow finds time to be one of the busiest writers in comics- Among his Marvel credits are Thunderbolts, She-Hulk and Inhuman - as well as the landmark Death of Wolverine, its immediate follow-up (Wolverines) and its eventual sequel (Return of Wolverine). Soule charted the adventures of a much-loved Star Wars characters in Lando and Poe Dameron. He continued the story of Black Bolt, Medusa and the rest in Uncanny Inhumans and All-New Inhumans; brought his legal expertise to the pages of Daredevil; and assembled a blockbuster squad in Astonishing X-Men. Following a stint on the dark side with Darth Vader, Soule turned his attention to the rebel crew in a new volume of Star Wars.Leonardo Romero was born in S o Paulo, Brazil. He began to work with comics in 2013, on the book Rampage Jackson- Street Soldier. After that, he did artwork for a couple comic books, and at the beginning of 2016 he started to work for Marvel Comics, where he illustrated titles such as Doctor Strange, Guardians of the Infinity and Squadron Supreme, among others.Artist Declan Shalvey cut his teeth in the U.K. small-press scene and soon gained mainstream attention for his work on 28 Days Later. Shortly afterward, he made his Marvel debut on Thunderbolts with writer Jeff Parker, followed by well-loved arcs on both Venom and Deadpool. He went on to illustrate the critically acclaimed Moon Knight relaunch with writer Warren Ellis; the pair again collaborated on the creator-owned Injection for Image Comics. Shalvey resides in his native Ireland.Hired on the strength of his Official Marvel Tryout penciling submission, Mark Bagley rose to prominence as the artist of 1990s sleeper hit New Warriors. Following an acclaimed run on Amazing Spider-Man, he worked with writer Kurt Busiek on Thunderbolts. When Marvel launched its Ultimate line, Bagley and Brian Michael Bendis led the way with Ultimate Spider-Man, whose years of success made the pair the longest-running creative team in Marvel history. Bendis and Bagley have also collaborated on Avengers Assemble and the creator-owned Brilliant. His subsequent credits include Fantastic Four, Cataclysm- The Ultimates' Last Stand, Hulk, All-New X-Men and Venom.Artist Greg Land first gained notice with his work on DC's Batman-family titles Nightwing and Birds of Prey. Moving to Marvel after illustrating CrossGen's Sojourn, he drew Phoenix- Endsong. Next up was a run on Ultimate Fantastic Four that included the first rendering of the Marvel Zombies. Subsequently, Land penciled the blockbuster limited series Ultimate Power before becoming a regular artist on Uncanny X-Men. He subsequently drew a trilogy of Symbiote Spider-Man limited series with writer Peter David.Greg Smallwood made his comic-book debut in 2013 as the co-creator and artist of Dark Horse's Dream Thief, which earned him a nomination for the 2014 Russ Manning Most Promising Newcomer Award. Following his nomination, Smallwood teamed with Brian Wood on Marvel's critically acclaimed Moon Knight series.
